English language challenges

Hi everyone, hope you are well!! This is my last blog and I will talk about my experience with English classes this semester. First of all I want to tell you about the experience itself. I had a hard time adjusting at first because this is my first semester of classroom English because of the pandemic, but with time I was able to adapt. The blogs made the classes more entertaining, it is a fun dynamic and it improves our English writing skills. I really like them and I would like them to continue to be implemented at all levels of English. On the other hand, the teaching methods is pleasant and complete, the teachers teach in a good way, understanding the students who find it a little more difficult to learn. In relation to the aspects of my English that I need to improve are reading comprehension and pronunciation. I plan to improve them with practice, that is to say, to improve these deficiencies I should read more in English, such as: books, articles, re...

Changes to my study program

 Hi everyone, hope you are well!!! In this blog I will talk about the changes that could be made in the career of social work at the university of chile (this is the career that I study).  Regarding the curriculum I think that some subjects could be changed for others that focus more on the practice of the social worker, that prepare us to be good professionals, that teach us how we should work and practice the career. The workload could be decreased to prioritize the mental health of us, the students, without being considered lazy for demanding less study. As well as the number of years the career lasts, it could easily be reduced to 3, emphasizing what is most important. On the other hand, I do not know the infrastructure in detail, but as far as the casinos are concerned, they should be larger for the number of students that we are so that we can all eat in optimal conditions.
